Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request and work toward a solution.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another remedy where applicable.
